Shipping
Shipping origin is from Cranston, Rhode Island, 02910. You pay the actual shipping charges for the method that you select (ground, next day air, etc).
Orders are usually shipped 2-4 business days after received; however a few times a month do get backed up to a full work week or more. We can not make any shipping guarantees. All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

We can't make any exceptions about international shipping, sorry. UPS does not offer the same guarentees as FedEx. Some of my foreign customers placing smaller orders have me ship via UPS to an intermediate US address, like a friend or relative.
Returns
We do not accept returns, sorry. If you have a question about sizes or styles, please call us before ordering at 1-800-568-2634, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of our products are absolute top quality .925 sterling silver. You will get exactly what is described online. Our prices are as low as they are because, as a wholesale outlet, almost all of our customers buy very large volumes and expect these prices.
Invoices, Receipts, & Billing
All orders will ship with an incomplete invoice.
A few days after shipping, you will get an email notification that your full invoice/receipt is available online. You can access them under 'My Account'.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you wish, you can always enter 1111-1111-1111-1111 online and call your card number in.
Out of Stock Items
We try to fill all orders, and usually do! We try to make substitutions and often upgrade sizes for free if we have it in stock. Any items we do not have will be removed from your order; we do not backorder items. We can not warn you if an item is not available and we can not check availability before you order, sorry. Turnover is simply too fast, an item in stock now might not be when your order is pulled or an item not in stock now may come in before your order is shipped. We get new shipments in weekly, but as all are from overseas they are often over a month in transit and we never know what to expect when. Most items are replaced quickly so check back often.
Minimum Order Amount
Our minimum order amount is $50, before shipping. Any and ALL orders below this minimum order amount will be subject to a full $10 minimum order fee. This will soon be raised to $100.
